Emergency Medical Services

1. Apply to Germanna
2. Take the online new student orientation
3. Schedule an advising appointment through Navigate or via email
4. Request official transcripts from AP or IB high school or college courses
5. Complete the transcript evaluation form (if you have previous courses that you wish to be evaluated) and submit it using one of the following methods:
   1. In person (Welcome Center or Admissions and Records)
   2. Email
   3. Fax: (540) 423-9158
   4. Mail (Germanna Community College, Attn: Admissions and Records, P.O. Box 1430, Locust Grove, VA 22508)
6. Apply for financial aid (if applicable)

Provide the following through the current contracted vendor:

• Criminal background check
• Drug screening
• Health documentation to include:
  • Physical exam documentation (on the school-provided form only) from the last 12 months
  • Official vaccine records (varicella, MMR, tetanus, COVID, etc.) or titers (if listed on your lab reports)
  • TB test from the last 12 months, with testing to be repeated annually while enrolled in the program
