It is our mission to support and promote a highly skilled, diverse and productive workforce as they carry out the mission of Germanna Community College. To that end, the Human Resources staff strives to serve the current and potential college community by providing ethical, efficient, consistent, and professional customer-responsive service.

Our services include, but are not limited to: employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits administration, classification and compensation, training and development and record keeping. The Human Resources staff are available to provide assistance with the interpretation of any human resource management policy or procedure, explanation of payroll calculations or to provide informal counseling or referrals for job related issues and concerns.
