Germanna Community College is a comprehensive institution of higher education offering programs of instruction generally extending no more than two years beyond the high school level. The College provides residents of the area with opportunities to pursue many educational goals. In addition, the College offers a strong counseling program and other services to students, all designed to assist students in making decisions regarding occupational, educational, and personal goals.
Arts and Sciences
The Arts and Sciences degree program at Germanna Community College is designed primarily for students who plan to transfer their coursework to a four year institution. Students may also plan to directly enter the workforce.
Professional and Technical Studies
This Division includes credit programs focusing on workforce readiness and/or transfer to four-year institutions. PTS courses/programs include: Automotive, Business, Education, *EMS, Engineering, Fine Arts, Fire Science, Graphic Communications, Horticulture, IT, Police Science, and Technical Studies.

Academic Technology and Learning Support
Provides support services which enable students, faculty and staff to meet academic, instructional, and research needs through the Academic Computing Center, Distance Learning, Library Services, Student Technical Support, Testing Services, and Tutoring Services departments.
