The Germanna Helpdesk is for faculty, staff and students to enter computer and technology related requests. You may access the Helpdesk from any place you have access to the Internet.

Please have your Student ID Number (EmplID) ready when contacting the Student Technical Help Desk about account information.

Your requests will be handled by Technical Services.

All Helpdesk Requests are addressed as quickly as possible. From password resets to network troubleshooting, we do our best to help the members of the Germanna community with all of their IT needs.
