Donley’s management of this project has been great. Work on the project continues to move at a brisk pace and has managed to stay a little ahead of schedule throughout. As we approach cooler temperatures, more of the project’s focus shifts inside.
The building’s green roof, which is above the Library, is being installed over the next few weeks. A vector mapping system has been installed that pinpoints the location of roof leaks down to about one-half inch and has already been put to good use. Much of the glass curtainwall has been installed and it makes a striking statement on the campus and opens up design elements for future buildings on the campus. We will also see drywall installation, VAV box installation, setting of rooftop units for the HVAC system, and setting of the rainwater harvesting tanks over the next month.
Some additional photos have been added recently, including some interior shots. All aerial photos are courtesy of Donley Construction.
