Technical Services- AV Interactive Video

Conference Room Interactive video support :

  1. Reserve the conference room through your Microsoft Outlook calendar - click here for instructions
  2. Submit a help desk ticket  *Required if AV assistance is needed to connect sites
  3. On the day of the conference, turn on the LCD(s) and place microphone (if applicable) on the conference table
  4. Wait for the connection to the other site(s) to initiate
  5. The systems will connect and end at the exact start and end times provided in your room reservation
  6. Turn off the equipment before leaving the room

Classroom Interactive video support (Non-Instruction Use):

  1. Reserve the conference room through Active Data
  2. Submit a help desk ticket  *Required if AV assistance is needed to connect sites
  3. On the day of the event, turn on the equipment
  4. Wait for the connection to the other site(s) to initiate
  5. The systems will connect at the exact start and end times provided  in your room reservation
  6. Turn off equipment before leaving the room

*NOTE: AV SUPPORT WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONNECT INTERACTIVE VIDEO CLASSES 5MIN PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME AND THE CALL CONNECTION WILL DROP AT THE EXACT CLASS END TIME
