You can withdraw your event (see instructions below) or you can contact the the calendar administrators with a modification request.
Save your email confirmation for your event. This email will contain a link to withdraw or delete your event from the calendar.
If you did not save the email then please contact the calendar administrators with your request.
When filling out the form, make sure you click "Generate Schedule". Once you do this you will be able to select a facility that is available.
If you have access to Germanna's network our private calendar is currently accessible on our shared drive. Please contact the calendar administrators for more information.
If you are submitting an event, once it is approved you will receive an email. Within this email you can open the attachment and save it or forward it as a meeting request within Outlook.
If you see an event you would like to attend, click "add to my calendar" then "send a meeting request". Fill in your email address and click Submit. This will send an email to your account where you can then add it to your calendar as well as invite others to attend.
