Background
In addition to her teaching at Germanna, Mrs. Nielsen is a doctoral candidate in Industrial and Applied Psychology at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and will graduate in December 2006. Her research chiefly focuses on organizational commitment, perceived organizational support, and organizational citizenship behavior.
Mrs. Nielsen also has an interest in the application of psychology and, in that vein, consults in the areas of executive development, personnel selection, and work team development. She currently resides in Woodbridge, VA with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and cat. |
