Through Germanna, our communities have access to the best investment available, the student. Our campuses and programs are designed with the students as the number one priority and our community business leaders as the local voice for workforce needs.”
She is married to U.S Army Col. Tom Washington, a colonel and has three children: Cassandra Philipson of Blacksburg, SPC Thomas Washington, a student at the University of Oregon and a member of the Oregon National Guard and Elizabeth Washington, a senior at Brooke Point High School, who plans to attend Bridgewater College.
