Welcome! Now that you have registered for your classes, you will need to make arrangements for paying for them. Payment can either be made in-person at each campus location or electronically via your MyGCC student account. Germanna also has an Automatic Payment Plan that our Business Office can assist you with enrolling in. Please see a cashier at either campus location or visit Germanna's website for more details on payment options or the Automatic Payment Plan. We also have a Financial Aid Office at each of our campus locations to assist in applying for and receiving financial aid for your courses.

Any pending financial aid awarded will be applied to your tuition account and used to reserve your courses for summer semester. If your financial aid has been awarded, and it exceeds your tuition account balance, then you will not be expected to make payment when you register for your courses. If it doesn’t (or if your aid has not posted to your account by the time you register), make sure to pay the difference or you may be dropped from your courses. Do You Need to Apply for Financial Aid At Germanna?

The priority application date for Germanna Community College is April 1 of each year.
Financial Aid Refund Checks will be mailed to students only after enrollment is confirmed. This usually happens during the first few weeks of the semester. For Spring Semester 2013, beginning January 24, enrollment confirmation begins. Financial Aid (based on a confirmed enrollment level as of January 24) will be applied to your tuition balance and, if you are owed a refund, Financial Aid Refund Checks will be mailed to the address the college has on file.
