Procedure for checking out equipment

1. Submit request via the Technical Services Help Desk. 
2. The "Removal of VCCS Equipment"  form must be completely filled out before equipment can be taken off campus.
3. Review training resources below for instructions on using the equipment
4. Pick up/return the equipment
   • FAC2-234 Technical Services
   • LGC-115  Technical Services or LGC-204 (Academic Computing Center)
   • DTC-234  Technical Service Office
5. Return equipment
   • If storage location is locked, contact Security for assistance

	Laptop - Microsoft Office Suite installed. Available at FAC, LGC and DTC.		Data Projector Projects audio and video from laptop, DVD/VCR and other video sources. Available at FAC, LGC & DTC
	Microphone (wired & wireless) Handheld and lavalier. Available for use in F1-212, F2-134, F2-105B, LGC-114 & DTC-104		Document Camera (ELMO) Connect this device to a data projector or TV monitor to project documents, transparencies and 3D objects. Available at FAC, LGC & DTC
	PowerPoint Presenter Use with Microsoft PowerPoint. Control slide fwd/bkwd, launch slideshow, black screen, and has laser pointer. Available at FAC, LGC and DTC.		Microphone (camcorder) Wireless body pack for the speaker and wireless receiver that connects directly to the camcorder for improved audio recording. Available at FAC, LGC & DTC
	Recorder (Digital audio) Record onto a Compact Flash media card. Includes: USB port to easily transfer .mp3 audio files to your PC as well as XLR inputs, phantom power, built-in mics and more.  Available at FAC, LGC and DTC.		TV/VCR Combo 27" TV on a cart.  Available at FAC & LGC
	Tripod Use for camcorder and camera support. Available at FAC, LGC and DTC.		Projection Screen Portable 50"x50" matte white screen with tripod leg, 1" black border and metal case with carry handle. Available at FAC & LGC
	Wireless Assisted Listening System Available for use in the DTC Auditorium Only		Smart AirLiner Interact wirelessly with the classroom computer or Sympodium interactive pen display. Minimum of one week notice required to ensure software is loaded on your computer. Available at FAC Only.
