TECHNICAL SERVICES
Germanna offers a variety of audio-visual services. Follow the procedure below when requesting any of the available services.
Procedure for requesting service:
- Submit request via the Technical Services Help Desk
- When requesting duplicating, dubbing, or video editing/production services:
- Allow 2 or more weeks
- Add an additional copy over the number you need, so that we can provide immediate replacement for damaged or poor quality tapes/disks
- Provide blank disks & sleeves if requesting 5 or more copies
- Copyright documentation must be submitted to the A/V Technician for examination before any copyrighted media can be considered for duplication

- Disk Labeling - create professional looking labels on disks with printable surface
- Equipment Setup
- GCC A/V Equipment
- Guest equipment to be used with GCC Equipment
- Laminating
- Scanning
- Mounted film - 35 mm mounted slide or negative
- Film strip - 35 mm unmounted slide strip or negative strip
- Slides
- Photos
- Video (Convert/Transfer)
