• Press the Voicemail button on your phone
• Enter your password
• Select 1 to review your messages
• Press 5 at any time during playback to begin forwarding message
• When asked to spell the name of the person, LISTEN to the instruction completely.

  • If you know the extension then press ## to switch to number entry and type in the extension
