This is done through learning how to identify customer segments, develop customer archetypes, develop the customer hypothesis, find customers, and test the buying process. At the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools and experience necessary for developing strategies for getting, keeping, and growing customers.

Teams organically form around the top ideas (as determined by popular vote) and then it’s a weekend frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation! The weekend culminates with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders with another opportunity for critical feedback.
