Business Office

The Business Office provides support services for Germanna in the areas of procurement, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, cashiering, student financials, investment management, inventory of physical assets, budgeting and budgetary control, and accounting services with appropriate internal controls to ensure that all sources of funds — federal, state, and local — are properly accounted.

Daniel Technology Center

The Cashier’s Office at the Daniel Technology Center no longer accepts cash payments.

For assistance with payment plan enrollment or online payments (e-check and credit cards), please visit the DTC Welcome Center.

Should you need assistance making a cash payment or have questions regarding your student account, please visit our Locust Grove office Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Accounts payable

The Accounts Payable department is responsible for processing all Germanna checks except for payroll. The office has a public obligation to ensure that all expenditures are essential and reasonable and must support the agency’s mission. All State funded expenditures are open to public scrutiny. The CAPP Manual documents the policies and procedures associated with the Commonwealth’s accounting and financial systems. The mission of the Accounts Payable department is to provide clear information for everyone about the policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
