At Germanna Community College, we pride ourselves on offering first-rate college experiences with affordable tuition and fees. But, if you need assistance with paying for your education, don’t worry, we’ll help you through the process.
Ways to Pay
Germanna accepts online payments through QuikPAY in the form of an e-check (ACH) or credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express). Please note credit/debit card transactions are assessed a service fee by Nelnet Business Solutions.
The QuikPAY link is located on the Student Center page in the MyGCC portal. Before making a payment through QuikPAY, please make sure your User Preferences are set on “Germanna Community College”.
Paying In Person or By Mail
The Cashier’s Office accepts checks and money orders in person and by mail, but payment must arrive by 5:00 pm on the payment deadline date. Checks and money orders should be payable to Germanna Community College (or GCC) and the amount may not exceed the cost of tuition/fees. The Cashier’s Office also accepts cash. Credit/debit cards are not accepted at campus Business Offices, but are accepted online (a service fee will be assessed).
Enroll in a Payment Plan
Payment plans are available through TMS, which can be accessed through the Student Center on the MyGCC portal through the “Apply for Payment Plan” link. For assistance, contact TMS at 1-800-337-0291 or log into the TMS site. Enrollment dates and plan options vary per semester. Payments are set up to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account, credit or debit card. GCC may require immediate payment should a plan be terminated or if the payment plan is insufficient to cover the balance due. For detailed information regarding a payment plan, please click on the Automatic Payment Plan tab on the left.
