Applied Engineering Club
The AE club is a group of students interested in engineering projects; designing, and building. All students, regardless of major, are invited to attend.
Intramural Sports At Fredericksburg Field House
Fredericksburg Fieldhouse offers Intramural Sports for student teams! Each semester students will form teams around one sport that they want to pursue. In the past GCC has had dodge ball, flag football, soccer and basketball.
The GCC GREEN (Gardening, Recycling/Reducing/Reusing, Environment, Ecology, and Nature) Club seeks to promote sustainability on campus and in our community. This will be accomplished by teaching community members to engage in sustainable practices and inspiring by exemplifying green living and participating in environmental outreach.
Men Of Distinction
Men of Distinction (MOD) is a group of male college students who explore ways to be successful in a small group sessions. We visit 4 year colleges and universities, hold fundraisers, and have in the past provided Thanksgiving Dinner for GCC Students. This club is open to any student.
The Music Society Club is for any student at any level of playing an instrument or singing. We practice twice per week and work towards learning songs for events such as a talent show.
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa provides opportunities for the development of leadership and service in an intellectual climate. It fosters the exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.

GCC Student Nursing Council
The Germanna Community College Student Nurses Association (GCCSNA) is a chapter of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA). The NSNA guides the professional development of registered nursing students and facilitates their entrance into the profession. The GCCSNA is a service oriented club which supports health related activities within the community. The Germanna Community College Student Nursing Council is made up of elected officers from the individual nursing courses to meet, share and participate in philanthropic activities.
The Billy Club is a Criminal Justice based club. We tour old penitentiaries, pay our respects at police memorials, tour police departments and facilities, and volunteer in our community. This club is more than a club. We are like a small family. We welcome anyone interested in pursuing a career in the Criminal Justice field or those who are simply interested in Criminal Justice in general.

Germanna Student Veterans Association (GSVA)
Germanna Student Veterans Association is committed to serving student veteran’s in enriching their Germanna experience and helping to ensure their academic success. It is further dedicated to the community in working to eliminate discrimination based on gender, race, class, economic status, ethnic background, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, and cultural or religious backgrounds based on the core values of the U.S. military.

Ratio Christi is a global movement that equips university students and faculty to give historical, philosophical, and scientific reasons for following Jesus Christ.
This includes preparing high school students for higher education and an even higher calling.
National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)
The Society is an organization that helps people discover and achieve their goals. The Society offers life-changing lectures from the nation’s leading presenters and a community where like-minded, success-oriented individuals come together and help one another succeed. The Society also serves as a powerful force of good in the greater community by encouraging and organizing action to better the world. Students receive in invitation to join this Society each Fall, based on GPA.
